To Pre-Download, current players only need to navigate to the B&S Lobby in PURPLE. For new players, click on the DOWNLOAD PLAY FREE WITH PURPLE button at the top right of this window or the one below. If you need help installing PURPLE, creating a new account with the correct region, or migrating a returning NCWEST account, please check out the PURPLE Install Guide here.

The Character Creation feature will be ready for players to use on Tuesday, February 18. This will give players the ability to download Blade & Soul NEO’s powerful character creation tool, and then customize, style, and personalize it before the game launches!
