Achievements
Hotkey [U]
Achievements can be acquired when certain conditions are met while playing the game.
Achievements can be found in the Game Menu > Achievement > Achievements or by pressing the [U] hotkey.

In the Achievements window, you can view the Achievements your character has unlocked as well as a list of unlockable Achievements.
Unlocking some Achievements can provide Certificates of Payment that can yield Gold, Portrait Chest, and Titles.

You can customize your character by showing off the Titles you earned through Achievements.

Exploration Journal
Hotkey [Ctrl + V]
You can obtain additional stats via the Exploration Journal.
The Exploration Journal can be accessed from the Game Menu > Achievement > Exploration Journal or by pressing the [Ctrl + V] hotkey.

The Exploration Journal allows you to travel the world, uncovering Artifacts, Kills, Stories, and Explorations as you go.
Take on hidden missions in various locations around the world to earn additional stats.

- Find and collect artifacts you find in the world.

- Defeat certain monsters in each region.

- Complete certain quests or talk to certain NPCs.

Gallery
Hotkey [Ctrl + B]
You can obtain additional stats via the Gallery.
Gallery can be accessed from the Game Menu > Achievement > Gallery or by pressing the [Ctrl + B] hotkey.

The Gallery is a collection system that helps you grow your character, allowing you to collect Portraits and register them in the [Bond] tab to gain additional stats.
Portraits registered in the Gallery are shared by all characters from the same account on the same server.

Acquiring Portraits
- You can obtain Portraits by completing certain Epic Quests and Sub-Quests, or as a reward for defeating Field Bosses or Dungeon Bosses.
- You can register Portraits you obtain to the Gallery or Fuse them
Gallery
- You can right-click on the Portraits obtained in your Inventory to move them to the Gallery.
- The Gallery is divided into two tabs: the [Portrait] tab where you can Fuse Portraits, and the [Bond] tab where you can register a Portrait.

How to register Portraits
- Click the [Bond] tab to register Portraits.
- Collect the corresponding Portraits for each Bond and press the [Activate] button to apply the Bond's effects.
- Each Bond has a certain Bond Activation Score. You can activate up to a maximum of 10 Bond points, so choose your Bonds carefully.
- When completing a set, you can claim the associated reward.

How to Fuse Portraits
- Click the [Portrait] tab to Fuse Portraits.
- When Fusing Portraits, the cost varies depending on the Portrait tier.
- You will have a chance to obtain a higher tier Portrait.

2. Register (or Bundle Register) the Portraits you want to Fuse |

3. Click the [Fuse] button |

Insignias
Insignias enhance your character's stats.
You can mix and match different Insignias to suit your playstyle.
Insignia Types
- There are 5 types of Insignias: Red, Yellow, Blue, Special, and Basic.
- Insignias can be viewed with the [Ctrl] + [C] hotkey.

- Red Insignias are focused on Attack.
- Yellow Insignias are focused on Defense.
- Blue Insignias are focused on Support.
- Special Insignias are powerful with specialized functions. You cannot equip multiple Special Insignias with the same function.
- Basic Insignias are used as Fusion material and cannot be equipped.
Equipping and Removing Insignias
- Insignias can be equipped in the corresponding slots on the Insignia page.
- Each slot has a requirement to unlock. Once completed, click on the slot to unlock it

- Right-click an insignia to automatically equip or unequip it.
- After making changes, you must press the [Save] button to save your changes.
- You can remove all equipped insignias at once by pressing the [Reset] button.
Insignia Pages
- You will start with one Insignia page and can pay a fee to add more.
- When adding a page, all the locked slots that meet their unlock condition will be unlocked at once.
- You can check the current bonuses on the right side of the page.

Fusing Insignias
- You can Fuse 3 Insignias for a chance to obtain 1 Insignia of higher tier.
- This is useful when you want to spend unnecessary Insignias to acquire a higher tier Insignia.
- Fusion can be done up to 10 times at a time, and the Register All button can make it easier to do so.

Upgrading Insignias
- Upgrade is achieved by combining 3 of the same Insignia types.
- In this case, you can use Basic Insignias [Fusion Insignia] in place of a missing Insignia, which is useful if you don't have enough Insignias to upgrade.

Dragon Express
The Dragon Express is a special shop that can be accessed directly from your inventory:

Transmute
Transmute can be accessed directly from your inventory:

Various items can be transmuted, such as Heroic Weapons, Accessories, Soul Shields, Soul Cores and Skill Books.

Inventory and Vault
Inventory
Inventory and Storage in Blade & Soul NEO have been vastly expanded.
When starting the game, you will have access to 48 free inventory slots or 6 rows of 8 items. This can be increased up to 192 slots or a total of 24 rows of 8 items!
Each row expansion will cost a certain fee to unlock.

Vault
Access your Vault through the Mail NPC at major towns and settlements around the world.
The Vault consists of 4 separate storage areas: Basic 1, Basic 2, Secondary and Soul Vault. They differ based on the unlock fee for each row.
They each can be expanded up to 96 slots, for a total of 384 slots.
The Soul Vault is exclusive to players who have purchased the Battle Pass Plus [F11].

Remote Stash
Remote Stash is a functionality that is unlocked when purchasing the Battle Pass Plus [F11].
It allows you to access your Vault directly from your inventory.
