This is a list of current known issues. We will update you as each one is fixed. 

  1. During Hajoon’s Training quests, if you have a modified skill equipped it will not show up in the skill bar. As a workaround, unequip your accessories and the skill will re-appear.
  2. The Customer Support Page (Ctrl + P) links to the wrong portal. Instead, please use this link: https://help.plaync.com/qna/ticket?service=bnsncw
  3. Sometimes when going back to the character screen, the Options and Exit Game buttons disappear. Please force close your client if you want to exit. We are working on a fix soon.
  4. During the Force Master’s very first skill training, the suggested skill to use does not match the character’s available skill.
  5. The “Common Monsters Defeated” completion meter in dungeons is not functioning properly.
  6. The “Overall Progress” bar in the Forgotten Tomb dungeon is not functioning properly.
  7. Some items have the “Expired” prefix to them, but they will function normally.
  8. The outfit set visual effects from the Black Bird Outfit Set are currently bugged. This has been reported and a fix is on the way shortly.
